Frawley//Neville was founded in 2014 when Frawley Marketing and Neville Design Group merged their respective businesses. The founders bring 38 years collective experience, working for and with leading national and multinational firms.
As branding consultants, we focus on brand strategy and creativity. We have an experienced team of brand strategists and creatives, bringing out the best of our beliefs, ideas and intuition. We also work with a refined network of carefully selected specialists in various creative disciplines that support us in aligning brand communications.

Tony’s career commenced in 2002 when he completed college and started working with Cook Medical and subsequently with Smurfit Kappa Group. In 2010 he started a consultancy practice focused on helping companies to grow their brands and businesses. He has a proven track record of delivering real tangible growth for his clients with significant experience in interpreting key customer/market insights, positioning, brand strategy, messaging, marketing strategy and workshop facilitation.
Co-Founder & Creative Director
As a seasoned expert in creative design and branding disciplines, Gary has worked with multinationals including; Sydney Opera House, Australian Rugby Union, Dufry, Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort and Dairygold. Over 20 years, Gary has founded a design firm, co-founded a US Golf start up, raising over $800,000 in seed investment and is co-founder of Frawley//Neville brand consultancy. Combined skills, working in creative and commercial environments, has provided his innate ability to build brands.
Richard O’Donnell acts as Chairman and advisor for Frawley//Neville. He has over 30 years experience in the IT sector and is Board member of the Nexus Innovation Centre in the University of Limerick. Richard co-founded SAI in 1992 and pioneered payment settlement and reconciliation solutions on the IBM AS/400 and Microsoft platforms. Customers included Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Unilever, Revlon and Diageo and the company was acquired by Clarus Corp (CLRS) in May 2000 for $60m.
